This pre-launch finance startup needed a high-performing marketing site that could be developed quickly, scale easily, and still reflect the professional standards required in a regulated industry. With no existing web presence, the challenge was to build a polished, responsive site from scratch — one that upheld the integrity of the design across all breakpoints, loaded fast, and could support future growth without requiring a full rebuild.
Solution
I led the Webflow development, collaborating with the agency’s design and marketing teams to deliver a component-based build that was both scalable and efficient. Using structured HTML, class-based CSS, and a custom component library, I created a system that allows future pages and sections to be added without compromising the integrity of the site. I also integrated Mailchimp, CRM systems, and GTM for marketing and analytics, ensuring the backend supported the startup’s early growth goals.
Process
The site was developed in just 1.5 weeks using an iterative, feedback-driven process. I worked directly from Figma, building out the initial structure quickly, then refining details in real time based on daily client feedback. Thanks to the modular nature of the build and clean CSS structure, revisions were quick to implement — allowing us to move from first build to live with minimal friction and no loss of quality.
Outcome
The final site is fast, scalable, and easy to maintain — scoring 98 for performance and 100 for accessibility, best practices, and SEO on Google PageSpeed Insights. It sets the brand up with the credibility it needs ahead of launch, while giving the internal team a flexible foundation to expand the site over time. The handover was smooth, the structure is robust, and the site continues to perform well without technical overhead.
